Chuaprasert Busts One; Jesse Takes Huge Hit

A player raised in early position to 1,500 and Jay Jesse called in the hijack before Rittie Chuaprasert called in the small blind and the big blind completed.

The dealer fanned a flop of     and after being checked to the early position raiser continued for 1,800. Both Jesse and Chuaprasert made the call.

The turn was the   and Chuaprasert checked to the aggressor who continued for 1,000. Jesse made the call before Chuaprasert put in a check-raise to 12,000. The early position raiser jammed for 17,000 and both players called.

On the   river, Chuaprasert fired out 10,000 and Jesse quickly folded. Chuaprasert tabled    for two pair, which busted his opponent when he showed   .

Calamusa Flops a Boat

Action was heads-up on a runout showing       and action on Pierre Calamusa.

Calamusa slid 30,000 into the middle and was called after about a minute. Calamusa tabled    for a flopped full house and raked in the pot as his opponent mucked.

McMullin Gets a Shove Through

There was a player to raise to 1,500 from early position. He was called by a player in middle position, and Paul McMullin from the cutoff but the player in the small blind raised it up to 7,800. The action folded back around to McMullin who four-bet jammed for about 35,000.

The player in the small blind folded after a minute. He pat the table and said, "Nice hand."

Bayer Forces Fold From Moshe

On a flop of    , Kevin Bayer check-raised from 3,000 to 8,300 and was called by Asi Moshe. Bayer then led the   turn for 8,200 to earn a call and then bet the   river for another 12,000. This time, Moshe elected to fold and the pot was pushed to Bayer.

Azulay Rivers a Full House

With a flop of     Avraham Azulay had a bet of 3,200 in front of him on the button and he got one call from a couple spots over.

The turn was the   and both players checked to see the  . The player who called Azulay's bet on the flop now led for 10,500 and Azulay snap-called. The bettor tabled    for a flush and Azulay showed    for a full house on the river to scoop the pot.

Mahmood Wins a Couple Pots

Ayaz Mahmood opened to 1,500 from early position and two players called before James Woods made it 5,500. Only Mahmood called.

The     flop saw a check-call by Mahmood for 6,500. Both players checked the   turn and Woods folded to a 16,500 bet on the   river.

On the next hand, Ayaz Mahmood opened to 1,500 from early position and received four callers.

"I like it. Action table," he said.

All five players checked the     flop. The   turn saw a 1,500 bet from the big blind and a raise to 6,500 from Mahmood. All of the players folded and Mahmood showed a   as he took in the pot for the second hand in a row.

Wallace and Dzivielevski Chop Up a Short Stack

Lam Takes One Down

A player from the hijack opened with a raise of 1,200 and was called by the hijack, Vincent Lam on the button, and both the blinds.

The flop came    . The action checked to Lam and he threw out a bet of 3,000 to which only the player in the big blind called.

The turn card came the  . Lam fired 9,500 when it was checked to him. His opponent went into the tank for several minutes before calling.
