Sandrock Doubles Through Maksimov

Chris Sandrock

Chris Sandrock raised under the gun to 560,000 and Artem Maksimov and Tommy Le took time before calling in the blinds. The flop came     and Maksimov and Le checked before Sandrock moved all-in for 1,530,000. Maksimov re-raised and Le folded, putting Sandrock at risk heads up.

Two for Sandrock

Tommy Le limped the small blind and Chris Sandrock checked his option in the big blind. Le then checked the     flop and Sandrock bet the pot for 400,000 to win the pot.

Sandrock then raised the pot to 480,000 when in the small blind and Jordan Spurlin conceded the big blind and big blind ante.

Battle of Big Stacks Goes to Maksimov

Tommy Le won a four-way limped pot and then raised to 425,000 from under the gun for Artem Maksimov to call in the big blind. Maksimov check-called for 500,000 on the     flop and checked again the   turn, this time Le checked back.

The   fell on the river and Maksimov now bet 1,025,000 to send Le into the tank. One minute passed and Le sent the cards into the muck.

Le Leaves Sandrock Shorter

In a battle of the blinds, Tommy Le limped and Chris Sandrock raised to 325,000. Le called to see the     flop and both players checked. The turn   saw Le lead out for 325,000 and Sandrock called before the   river. Le bet again for 800,000 and Sandrock slid his cards to the dealer.

Maksimov Catches Sandrock Bluffing

A four-way limped pot brought no action on the     flop either and Artem Maksimov then checked the   turn, as did Tommy Le. Chris Sandrock bet the pot for 600,000 and Jordan Spurlin folded, Maksimov called and Le folded.

Maksimov then also checked the   river and Sandrock fired a final bet worth 800,000, sending his opponent into the tank. After more than one minute, Maksimov called and Sandrock flipped over the      for a missed flush draw. Maksimov won the large pot with      to send Sandrock on a short stack.

Le Raises the Stakes

Tommy Le raised on the button to 300,000 and found calls from Chris Sandrock and Jordan Spurlin in the blinds. All three players checked the     flop, and Sandrock led out for 200,000 on the   turn. Spurlin called before Le raised to 650,000. Sandrock and Spurlin both folded, as Le moved over 9,000,000 in chips.

Sandrock Gets Some Back From Le

Tommy Le raised to 300,000 on the button and was called by Chris Sandrock in the small blind. Both players checked the     flop and Sandrock then led the   turn for 300,000, which earned him a call by Le. On the   river, Sandrock took 28 seconds to act before making it 700,000 to go. Le spent some time in the tank but opted to fold.

Le Extends Lead Against Sandrock

Tommy Le limped and Chris Sandrock checked his option in the big blind before the flop of    . Le checked and Sandrock bet 275,000, and Le called to see the   turn. The action repeated as Le check-called Sandrock's 700,000 chip bet. The river   saw both players check, and Le showed      for a flopped full house to take down the pot.

Le Regains The Lead From Sandrock

Chris Sandrock limped in, Artem Maksimov filled up from the small blind and Tommy Le checked in the big blind. On the     flop, Maksimov check-folded following a bet of 250,000 by Le and a call by Sandrock. The   turn went check, check, and Le check-called a bet worth 700,000 by Sandrock on the   river.

Le had      for two pair, and that bested      bluff of Sandrock to regain the lead.

Le's Flop Raise Wins It

Chris Sandrock limped as the first player to act and Tommy Le checked his option in the big blind. The     flop saw Le check and Sandrock bet 200,000. Le's check-min-raise to 400,000 sent Sandrock in a very short tank for some 12 seconds and he then released his cards into the muck.

Maksimov Takes It on the Turn

Artem Maksimov raised to 300,000 in the cutoff and Chris Sandrock filled up out of the big blind. The flop came     and Sandrock bet 500,000, which Maksimov called. Sandrock then checked the   on the turn and Maksimov bet 1.2 million to claim the pot uncontested.

Chris Sandrock opened the hand with call, Tommy Le did the same from the small blind and Jared Ausmus checked in the big blind. Le and Ausmus checked the     flop and Sandrock bet 400,000. Le folded before Ausmus raised the pot for most of his remaining chips, and Sandrock quickly re-raised for the rest. Ausmus called and was at risk.

Ausmus showed two pair but needed running cards to make a straight against Sandrock's top set. The turn   ended his chances before a meaningless   completed the board, and Ausmus hit the rail in fifth place.

Sandrock Takes Two Pots Off Le

Tommy Le limped under the gun and Chris Sandrock raised to 500,000 on the button for Le to call. The duo headed to the     flop and Le opted to check, which prompted a bet of 500,000 by Sandrock and a call.

A three-way limped pot followed in which the     flop was checked. Sandrock bet the   turn for 225,000 and Le was the only caller. Sandrock also bet the   river for 700,000 and Le folded.

The 2021 World Series of Poker is in full swing, and PokerGO is live streaming many of the events.

PokerGO has partnered with CBS Sports Network to provide WSOP coverage with the likes of Lon McEachern, Norman Chad, and Jamie Kerstetter returning to the WSOP broadcast booth this year, along with PokerNews Podcast co-host Jeff Platt from time to time.

CBS Sports Network will televise 16 pre-produced and edited episodes of the 2021 World Series of Poker Main Event, after striking a multi-year deal earlier this year. This deal sees coverage of the WSOP Main Event return to its original broadcast partner after featuring on CBS Sports Spectacular in the mid-1970s.

All 16 episodes will be televised following the conclusion of the tournament.

PokerGO will provide live streaming duties of the World Championship event starting on Day 1A (November 4) until the end on November 17, except Day 1B (November 5).

Away from the Main Event, there will be additional coverage of more than two dozen tournaments thru November 23, 2021. They include the $50,000 Poker Players Championship and the $250,000 Super High Roller.

Le Further Extends Lead

Artem Maksimov raised to 250,000 and Tommy Le repotted to force a fold from Maksimov.

Le then raised to 200,000 on the button and Chris Sandrock called. The flop brought     and Sandrock led for 200,000, which Le called. On the   turn, Sandrock slowed down and checked, as did Le. They also checked the   on the river and Le's      were the winning hand.

Le and Sandrock Tangle Twice

Tommy Le raised to 200,000 on the button and Chris Sandrock defended the big blind. On a flop of    , Sandrock checked and Le bet 200,000. Sandrock was not willing to continue and the first pot of the final day went to the chip leader.

Le then limped in the cutoff and Sandrock raised the pot to 325,000 in the small blind. After 11 seconds of consideration, Le called and the flop came    . Sandrock made it 500,000 to go and Le sent his cards into the muck after some 41 seconds.
