Event #11: Heads Up No-Limit Hold'em Championship

With plenty of chips in the middle to the      turn, David Peters got his stack of 310,000 in and was called by Gabor Szabo.

In a four-bet pot with what appeared to have been 172,000, Julien Martini checked the     flop and Bin Weng bet 56,500 for Martini to call. The   turn was checked and Martini then check-jammed the   river, Weng snap-called.

Weng tabled the    and Martini had    for trips with an inferior kicker to ship over a double to Weng for 194,100.

With around 200,000 in the middle and the board showing      , Cary Katz bet 25,000. Henri Puustinen then moved all-in for 426,000 and Katz asked for a count. Eventually, it proved to be too much for Katz and he opted to fold.

Preflop, Jason Koon and Johannes Becker appeared to have already invested 68,000 each and that led them to the     flop. Koon checked to Becker and called a bet worth 45,000 before then checking again the   on the turn. Becker made it 90,000 to go and Koon folded near instantly.

Cary Katz had started pulling into a solid lead but Henri Puustinen just earned some chips back without showdown. Katz bet the      turn for 22,000 and Puustinen came along. Katz checked the   and a bet worth 130,000 by Puustinen resulted in a snap-fold.

With 175,000 in the middle and the board showing      , Daniel Zack bet 180,000 and Jimmy D'Ambrosio went into the tank.
