Alexandra Vuong finds another hand to risk her tournament with, but it doesn't make much until the river, when she pairs her ace. Unfortunately, the last card for James Richburg is also an ace -- giving him two pair, aces up, to win the pot. Alexandra Vuong is eliminated in 9th place, earning $12,213. She finishes on the final-table bubble, just missing the chance to become the fourth woman to make a final table this year.
