Ruivo Doubles Through Salas Once More
Damian Salas open-shoved out of the small blind and Manuel Ruivo made the call for the last 4.4 million.
The flop seemingly locked up the double for Ruivo but Salas had backdoor straight outs. One of those helpful cards came on the turn, however, the river further improved Ruivo and he scored the double with trips queens.

Botteon Jams Into Salas
In a limped battle of the blinds, both Brunno Botteon and Damian Salas invested 400,000 on the flop. Botteon then bet the turn for 1.1 million and Salas called.
The fell on the river and Botteon moved all-in, sending Salas into the tank.
A reluctant fold followed and Salas admitted "you have a big heart".

It's All About Salas
Damian Salas raised it up from the small blind and was called by Manuel Ruivo out of the big blind. They checked the flop and Salas then bet the turn for 1.1 million, which won the pot right there for Salas.
In the next hand, Salas eyeballed the stack sizes of his two opponents and raised to 800,000 on the button. Two folds later, another million was sent to Salas as he added the blinds and big blind ante to his massive tower.

As the first player to act, Ramon Miquel Munoz pushed for the last two blinds and Brunno Botteon inquired about the stack size of Manuel Ruivo. He then moved all-in over the top and that isolated successfully.

Salas Maintains Aggressive Style
Damian Salas raised to 800,000 and Manuel Ruivo jammed from the button as the second-shortest stack, which went through without a hitch.
Salas then received a walk and raised to 1.3 million out of the small blind when he had the chance to put pressure on Ruivo. No call followed and the chips were sent to the Argentinian.

Salas Forces Fold From Ruivo
Ramon Miquel Munoz jammed up his stack to win the blinds and big blind ante.
Damian Salas then limped the small blind and Manuel Ruivo opted for a raise to 1,050,000 out of the big blind. Salas made the call and they headed to the flop. Salas checked and subsequently called a bet worth 600,000 by Ruivo.
Both players checked the on the turn and the river brought a straight on the board.

Ruivo Doubles Through Salas
In the very first hand back from the break, Brunno Botteon folded and Damian Salas eyeballed the stacks of the two shorter stacks behind. He then raised to 5 million on the button and Manuel Ruivo called for 2.925 million out of the small blind.
The flop meant Ruivo was going to have a sweat for the remaining two community cards. Nothing changed with the turn and the river kept Ruivo in contention.

Marco Streda Eliminated in 5th Place ($341,879)
The action started with a button raise to 600,000 by Manuel Ruivo and Marco Streda pushed for what appeared to be just shy of nine blinds from one seat over. Ramon Miquel Munoz forfeited the big blind and Ruivo snap-called to roll over his cards immediately.
The flop left Streda on the ropes and he grinned, adding "zero point pero, zero, zero one." It was all over on the turn and the river officially ended Streda's run in 5th place for $341,879. He then wished all his opponents good luck before leaving the feature table.
"Pretty good spot," Brunno Botteon said in table chat and Ruivo replied with a "decent," then moved his chips and some of them fell over. "These internet kids, don't even know how to stack chips," the Portuguese pro joked.

Three-Way Pot to Miquel Munoz
After a three-way flop of was checked through, Ramon Miquel Munoz then let the turn for 625,000 out of the big blind. Brunno Botteon tank-folded from under the gun and Damian Salas also let go from one seat over.

Miquel Munoz With Another Jam
"Are you friends with Naza?" Damian Salas inquired with Manuel Ruivo, which the latter confirmed. They referred to Portuguese poker pro and WSOP bracelet winner Joao Vieira, and Salas then added "Portugal has a lot of great players". Ruivo returned the favor for Argentina and Brunno Botteon chimed in with a "Brazil has a lot of great players as well."
"Oh sorry, this is a private conversation," Ruivo joked but let Botteon off the hook.
While the table chat picked up, the action itself remained slow with zero post flop interactions. Botton added a few blinds and Ramon Miquel Munoz then preserved his short stack by successfully pushing from the button.
