Graham Doubles Through Dunst

With the minutes ticking by in Level 28, Tony Dunst got    in against    of Luke Graham, neeeding to spike an ace or better to send Graham to the rail and bring the tournament to a final table of ten.

Kamphues Shoves Twice

Lars Kamphues shoved twice, once from the button and once from the cutoff, and got no callers to essentially double his stack up to 800,000.

Eyster Doubles Through Kamphues

Kevin Eyster shoved from the cutoff for 715,000 and so did Lars Kamphues in the small blind for 1,115,000. David "ODB" Baker folded his big blind to let them battle it out.

Mornel Doubles Through Filatov

Anatoly Filatov limped and called a shove from Rami Mornel for 775,000.

Samuel Ganzfried Eliminated in 12th Place ($31,448)

Samuel Ganzfried limped in the small blind off a stack of around 400,000 and Phil Hellmuth shoved in the big blind. Ganzfried snap-called with    and was way ahead of the    of Hellmuth.

The flop came     giving very little help to Hellmuth. The turn   gave him outs to a gutshot, and he hit the   on the river to send Ganzfried to the rail.

Ganzfried Triples Up

David "ODB" Baker raised to 125,000 from the hijack and Samuel Ganzfried shoved in the small blind. Phil Hellmuth called in the big blind and Baker asked for a count. The dealer confirmed Ganzfried had 210,000 in total and Baker went along.

Both Hellmuth and Baker checked through the     flop to the   on the turn. Hellmuth bet 90,000 and Baker folded reluctantly after taking a few seconds. Hellmuth tabled    for the two pair on the board with the ace -kicker while Ganzfried held    for the full house.

The river completed the board with the   for Ganzfried to secure the triple-up and stay alive.

Shaw Scoops Huge Pot to Claim Chip Lead

The board read       with around 700,000 in the middle already.

Carl Shaw moved two big stacks forward for a bet of 680,000 from under the gun which sent David "ODB" Baker into the tank in the middle position. Baker cut out calling chips, contemplated for a bit longer, and then called but mucked when Shaw tabled    for the turned top two pair.
