Action folded to Gerard Rechnitzer who put in 50,000 from the cutoff. He had intended to make a raise but the floor ruled with the oversized chips that it would be a call. Yuri Dzivielevski raised from the small blind and Rechnitzer called.

The flop came     and Dzivielevski checked. Rechnitzer bet and Dzivielevski called, bringing the   turn. Dzivielevski again check-called and the river came  . Dzivielevski checked once again and Rechnitzer fired another bet into the pot. Dzivielevski announced raise and Rechnitzer called.

Dzivielevski tabled     , having had the second nut low and a double gutter on the turn that had improved by the river to a wheel, good to scoop the pot and leave Rechnitzer short.

Alex Livingston raised from middle position and was three-bet by Dan Zack in the cutoff. Livingston called and the flop came    . Livingston check-called a continuation-bet from Zack and the turn came  . Livingston checked to Zack, who fired again and got a fold.

The bring in was   and Michael Thompson completed with his six. Gerard Rechnitzer was the only caller and the two went heads up to fourth street. Rechnitzer bet and Thompson called. Both players checked fifth street.

On sixth street, Rechnitzernitzer bet again and Thompson called. Rechnitzer then checked seventh street and Thompson put in a bet. After a few moments in the tank, Rechnitzer ditched his hand and Thompson took down the pot.

Action was folded around to Gerard Rechnitzer in the small blind, who raised. Andrey Zaichenko defended his big blind and the flop came    . Rechnitzer made a continuation-bet and Zaichenko called. Two bets were put in before the flop with Livingston adding the final raise. Andrey Zaichenko had also put in one bet before folding to Livingston's raise. After Ratigan called the second bet, he check-called on all remaining streets.

Upon tossing in chips to call on seventh street, Ratigan asked Livingston, "What, are you rolled up?"

Livingston confirmed and tabled     for a set of fours and took down the pot as Ratigan mucked.

In a battle of two of the shorter stacks Rechnitzer led the betting starting on fifth street and was called by Dzivielevski on fifth and sixth. On the river Rechnitzer bet again but this time the Brazilian elected to fold to send a critical pot over to Rechnitzer.

Carlos Rodriguez completed with a six and Andrey Zaichenko raised. Rodriguez announced all in as he put the rest of his chips into the middle and Zaichenko called. Each player's cards were turned over and the remaining cards in the hand were dealt.

Rodriguez ended up hitting three pairs with his seven cards, finishing the hand with the better two of them, kings and jacks. However, it was unable to best Zaichenko's aces up and he was eliminated from the tournament.

With Rodriguez' elimination, the unofficial final table of nine has been reached. Players are currently redrawing for seats and more information and chip counts will be provided shortly.

On the following hand, he defended his big blind against a raise from Dan Zack in the small blind. Both players checked a flop of     and Zack checked again on the   turn. Dzivielevski bet and Zack called.

From the small blind Philip Long saw a flop with Denis Strebkov who was in the big blind.
