Who Will Win the Record-Breaking Big 50 Title?
The final day of the historical Event #3: BIG 50 - $500 No-Limit Hold'em is finally here which means a new champion is about to be crowned. The gigantic event gathered a record of 28,371 entries after four Day 1 flights. The final day's action gets underway at 12:00 noon local time with the last seven players set to battle it out for the prestigious bracelet and $1.1 million top prize.
Femi Fashakin leads the field with 314,000,000 and is looking for his first career WSOP title. This event will go in the books as Fashakin's biggest live tournament cash and he would love to cap it all off today with a win. Walter Atwood is not far behind Fashakin to start today with 297,000,000, cashing today his first ever WSOP event.Rafi Elharar rounds out the top three with 227,500,000 and will try to capture the 13th bracelet for players from Israel.
Daniel Ghobrial, from Canada, is the second player from this final table not representing the United-States and will battle as the short stack position with 101,000,000.
The seven remaining players have secured a minimum cash of $182,192 but are all desperate to take down the precious title of first ever Big 50 Champion as well as the $1,147,449 top prize.
When the action begins, the blinds will be 4,000,000/8,000,000 with a 8,000,000 ante. The levels will increase every 50-minute with a 15-minute break every two levels. The final table will take place on the main stage to be live streamed.
