Enright Stays Alive, Leaves Chan Short
Barbara Enright is most famously known as the only woman in poker to make the WSOP Main Event final table. She is looking for another repeat performance this year and she can thank her lucky stars that she is still alive. Enright pushed all in for 115,000 from early position and Marc-Etienne McLaughlin reshoved for a little over 200,000 in middle position. Johnny Chan was in the cutoff and also moved the last of his 198,000 into the middle.
Barbara Enright:
Johnny Chan:
Marc-Etienne McLaughlin:
Three massive hands resulted in three all in with McLaughlin having both players covered. The flop came and Enright took the lead with a set of nines. The on the turn and the on the river changed nothing and Enright got a full triple up. Chan would take the smaller side pot and McLaughlin was left on crumbs.
