Andrulis on Seiken's Heels

Nicholas Seiken raised on the button and Kristijonas Andrulis called in the big blind. The first draw went two and two and Seiken earned a check-call from Andrulis.

Andrulis took two again and Seiken changed one. He fired again in position but Andrulis check-raised this time. Seiken called and both stood pat.

Andrulis tossed in a bet and Seiken called, prompting a showdown. Andrulis rolled over       and Seiken ended up second. His lead was thinned as Andrulis climbed to 1.7 million.

Seiken Hits Wheel on the Last Hand Before Dinner

On the button, Kristijonas Andrulis raised, big blind Nicholas Seiken defended, and they both drew two. Seiken led out, earning a call, and they took one apiece on the second draw. Seiken continued barrelling but Andrulis raised. Seiken, however, kept his foot firmly on the gas pedal and countered with a three-bet. Andrulis called and they both stood pat.

Seiken fired one more shell and Andrulis called. Seiken quickly turned up       for the nuts, claiming the last pot before a one-hour dinner break.

Farzad Bonyadi raised first to act and was called by Randy Ohel in the small blind and Nicholas Seiken in the big blind. Ohel and Seiken discarded two and Bonyadi discarded three. Ohel bet. Seiken and Bonyadi called.

Ohel and Seiken discarded one and Bonyadi discarded three. Ohel bet once more and both of his opponents called.

Ohel stood pat. Seiken and Bonyadi discarded one. Ohel bet, which forced out Seiken, while Bonyadi opted to raise. After very brief consideration, Ohel said, "I gotta call, I have a number four."

First to act, Randy Ohel raised, Farzad Bonyadi called in the big, and they drew two and one. Ohel fired in position and Bonyadi called before they took one on the second draw. Bonyadi woke up with a check-raise and Ohel called.

Bonyadi patted and Ohel patted as well. Bonyadi bet again.

"I almost snap-called," Ohel said and then thought for a while before tossing in the calling chips.

Bonyadi said he had eight-six and Ohel reacted: "I have the worst one."

"I have the best one," Bonyadi replied and proved it by showing      . Ohel mucked.

First to act, Randy Ohel raised and Matt Glantz in the small blind made it three bets, Ohel called.

"I have 58,000 behind," Glantz announced and Ohel nodded. Both discarded two cards and Glantz bet, Ohel raised, and Glantz called all in.

"I am still drawing, but I improved, " Glantz announced and discarded one.

"I improved also," Ohel replied and discarded one, too.

Glantz then stood pat and Ohel discarded one. Glantz rolled over his      , which Ohel had beat with the      . Glantz was eliminated in fifth place and takes home $64,131 for his efforts.

In a single-raised pot, Matt Glantz and Randy Ohel drew one and two on the first two draws with no extra money added to the pot. Glantz then led out and Ohel called. Glantz remained drawing one but Ohel patted on the final draw and fired in position. Glantz gave up and continued with fewer than three big bets.

Seiken Gets There on the River

In a three-bet pot, Nicholas Seiken changed one and Farzad Bonyadi two on the first draw. Seiken bet and called when Bonyadi raised. He drew one and Bonyadi was pat. They repeated the same on the last draw with Seiken calling a bet in between. Bonyadi fired on the river as well and Seiken called.

Bonyadi announced a nine but Seiken quickly turned up the       winner.

Kristijonas Andrulis raised and Randy Ohel, to his left, three-bet. Andrulis called out of position and drew two while Ohel discarded one. Ohel fired again and Andrulis check-called. They took one each and Andrulis decided to lead out. Ohel called and both patted on the last draw. Andrulis tossed in one more bet and Ohel quickly called.

Jason Gray open-jammed for 38,000 under the gun and was put at risk by Randy Ohel in the small blind and Nicholas Seiken in the big blind.

Ohel drew three and Gray and Seiken swapped two. Ohel and Seiken both checked and all three players drew two.

Ohel bet and Seiken folded. Gray wouldn't even get a sweat as Ohel stood pat and he exchanged two. Ohel announced a wheel and Gray was drawing dead to his     draw.

Gray banked $64,131 for sixth place.

Gray on a Nub

With action folded to the small blind, Nicholas Seiken raised and Jason Gray defended. Seiked took two and Gray three and Gray called a bet. The second draw saw both players take two new cards and Seiken barreled.

Gray called and Seiken tapped the felt, patting. Gray still needed to improve one of his cards. But he was unable to do so and folded to one final bet.

Gray is now down to one big bet.

Hanh Tran moved all in with his last 3,000 under the gun and Randy Ohel raised on the button. Jason Gray tagged along from the big blind and drew two while Tran swapped one and Ohel exchanged two.

Gray check-raised a bet from Ohel and Ohel called. Gray stood pat, Tran opted for two, and Ohel took one. Gray bet and Ohel called then everybody stood pat.

Gray check-called once more and Ohel tabled an       to win the pot. Tran could only muster a nine and Gray was out-pipped by an eight of his own.

Tran's run for 2-7 Triple Draw supremacy came to an end in seventh place.

"Tightest Fold Ever!"

Randy Ohel raised and Hanh Tran called in the big blind. They both took two and Tran called Ohel's bet, leaving himself with 1,000. Then he drew two again and Ohel changed one. Tran checked and Ohel bet before looking at his new card.

Tran folded, showing two aces.

"This is the tightest fold ever," Matt Glantz said.

Tran managed to triple up on the following hand but he'll need much more than that to get back in contention.
