"onedroppinit" opened with a raise from middle position to 12,000. Action folded around to "mjauuu", who reraised from the button, making it 53,659. From the big blind, former chip leader "BamaJT" moved all in with a covering stack of 322,659. "onedroppinit" quickly folded, but after about a minute in the tank, "mjauuu" called.

Event #8 Winner Still Alive

Joseph "ul_gg" Mitchell won Event #8: $333 WSOP.com Online No-Limit Hold'em just a few weeks ago, and now he's poised to make another deep run here in this event, as well. He was involved in a recent hand.

"DamnDaniel" opened from the cutoff with a raise to 11,000. Mitchell defended from the big blind.

On the     flop, Mitchell check-called a bet of 11,000 from "DamnDaniel." The turn was the  , and Mitchell checked a second time. "DamnDaniel" bet 24,200. This time, Mitchell check-raised all in. After about 10 seconds, "DamnDaniel" folded, and Mitchell took down the pot.

That moved Mitchell over 300,000 and put him in a good position to continue deeper into this event.

"thoughtuknew" Gets a Suck, Re-Suck To Remain Alive

"The989" opened with a raise to 13,200 from under the gun. In middle position, "thoughtuknew" reraised all in with a stack of over 100,000. Action folded around, and "The989" called, putting "thoughtuknew" at risk.

The flop came down    , putting "The989" in the lead after flopping a set, but "thoughtuknew" was drawing live with an open-ended straight draw. The   on the turn was a brick, but the   on the river was not. It gave "thoughtuknew" a straight and allowed them to survive for a bit longer.

We didn't catch the action of the hand, but "Forthekids" was eliminated in 154th place, bringing the rest of the players into the money.

"ooookillthem"'s Bubble Pressure Backfires, Drops From the Top Ten

From middle position, "bugmuffin" opened with a raise to 7,500. "topkoks" called on the button.

From the big blind, "ooookillthem" opted to make it 45,000. His raise made it through "bugmuffin" who folded but "topkoks" moved all in over the top and forced a very quick fold from "oookillthem" who fell from the top 10 stacks after the hand.

At one point, it seemed like "bdboy57" had all the chips in the world, but now they've been eliminated just short of the money.

"bdboy57" called a raised from "hummylun" of 5,600 from the big blind. On the     flop, "bdboy57" moved all in for their final 7,306 chips. "hummylun" called.

Over the last level, "oookillthem" has amassed over a 300,000 in chips. We caught up with them in a recent hand where they bolstered their stack even more.

The flop came down     and "oookillthem" checked, then called a bet of 5,000. On the   turn, "oookillthem" checked then called another bet, this time for 10,000. Both players checked on the   river and "oookillthem" took down the pot by showing    against "zOMGBobChow"'s   .

"The989" opened to 7,200 from middle position. They were called by "YUDUUUUUUUU" from the button, "omgbrtsprs" from the small blind, and "eztatfark" from the big blind.
