Day 3 of Event #25: $2,500 NLH will begin at 12 p.m. in the Amazon Room.

There are 24 hopeful players returning, each wanting to take home the gold bracelet and first-place prize of $448,463. All remaining players are currently guaranteed $12,955.

Michael Scarborough has the chip lead (1,004,000) going into Day 3. However, Adrian Mateos, the 2013 WSOP Europe Main Event winner, is still in the field with a hefty stack (674,000), WSOP bracelet winner Shankar Pillai (602,000) is also in the top ten, while Darryll Fish (835,000) will be looking to make his second final table of the 2016 WSOP.

Day 3 will start in the second half of Level 11 (2,000/6,000/12,000) and play until there is a winner. A 60-minute dinner break is scheduled after the sixth level of today's play.
