Nguyen shows    and needs help against Gagnon's   . The flop is     and Nguyen picks up the nut flush draw and adds nine outs to his hand. Vanier bets out 52,000 and Studdard calls as the   lands on the turn and Vanier takes a measured amount of time before pushing out a bet of 93,000.

Studdard responds with a long pause before sliding out a stack of chips to call.

The river lands the   and Vanier cuts out a bet of 223,00 as Studdard goes into the tank.

A few minutes go by and Studdard pushes out one stack of orange 5,000-denomination chips to signify a call.

Actions folds to Anton Morgenstern in the cutoff who raises to 35,000. Thomas Larue makes it 125,000 to go on the button. Both blinds fold and with action back on Morgenstern he folds as well.

Larue looks at him and says, "Against him? I don't think so," pointing towards Morgenstern.

WSOP on ESPN hosts Norman Chad and Lon McEachern can often be found roaming the field at this stage of the Main Event, talking to players and collecting facts on people likely to make the show. Chad is doing just that, talking to Susie Zhao about her accomplishments. In typical Chad style, he is cracking jokes as he talks with her.

Clayton Fletcher, who is a stand up comedian in addition to being a poker player, tries to chime in with a joke of his own. Chad looks at Fletcher, then deadpans, "Hey, buddy, I work alone."

The table, including Fletcher, gets a good laugh out of the joke, and Fletcher explains, "I was just trying to be a good wingman."

Joe McKeehen opens to 35,000 from early position and the table folds to Mozheng Guan, who three-bets to 90,000 from the button. 

The blinds fold and McKeehen calls to see the     flop. He then check-calls a 80,000 chip bet from Guan to see the turn. 

The   falls and brings checks from both players, while the   on the river completes a potential flush draw and brings a lead bet of 155,000 from the big stacked McKeehen. 

Guan, who is playing just over 2,000,000, spends close to two minutes in the tank, eventually folding and conceding the pot to McKeehen.
