Event #56 was originally scheduled to come back with a final table and play down to a champion today, but the overwhelming and massive turnout for the first ever $5,000 No-Limit Hold'em Turbo event has altered the scheduled slightly.

A champion will still be crowned at some point today, but instead of nine players returning for Day 2, 54 will, all of which will be in the money after the bubble burst on the final hand of yesterday's Day 1.

Igor Yaroshevskyy, pictured above, will lead the field when players return to the Rio with action beginning 2 PM today. Yaroshevskyy will begin with a sizable chip advantage on the field, as he finished with 707,000 last night. David Benefield (482,000), Kevin MacPhee (376,000), Blair Rodman (485,000), and Tyler Smith (437,500) will also be returning with above average stack.

As mentioned, everyone returning for Day 2 will be guaranteed a $8,257 payday but will clearly all have their eyes and sights set on the $490,800 and a WSOP gold bracelet that awaits the eventual Event #56 champion.

Be sure to check back at 2PM when WSOP.com resumes coverage of Event #56 to follow all of the action as another exciting weekend ends with another gold bracelet winner being crowned.
