On seventh street Cunningham has a quick look at his down card before sending out another 20,000 bet. Elezra then goes into the tank, squeezing his hole cards multiple times and counting out the call before picking up the chips and playing with them from hand to hand. This goes on for about 90 seconds before Elezra puts the chips down next to his cards, rechecks his hole cards and decides to muck them, sending the pot, and the chip lead, in the direction of Cunningham.

The conversation continues into the next hand, with Drolet asking "Did you really start with Aces and a queen?" and Eli replying with "Do you really think I'd open with ace-queen-four badugi or something like that?! Allen Cunningham

Allen Cunningham

8 players will return at 2pm local time today to fight it out for the $112,591 first prize but more importantly, the coveted WSOP gold bracelet. Two time WSOP bracelet winner Eli Elezra is at the head of the pack with 617,000 chips but will be looking closely over his shoulder at his nearest challenger, five time WSOP bracelet winner Allen Cunningham, who has 414,500 and begins the day second in chips.

Matt Grapenthein

Matt Grapenthien

Even the player with the shortstack is a man to watch out for. That is none other than Matt Grapenthien. He is the man who has one bracelet - the $10,000 Stud Championship bracelet from the 2014 WSOP. Grapenthien may be the shortstack, but will be viewed as a danger to everybody else at the table.

The final table will line up as follows:

Seat 1: Kenn Wittock (282,500)
Seat 2: Gylbert Drolet (355,500)
Seat 3: Byron Ziebell (273,500)
Seat 4: Benjamin Lazer (120,500)
Seat 5: Matt Grapenthien (51,500)
Seat 6: Eli Elezra (617,000)
Seat 7: Allen Cunningham (414,500)
Seat 8: Jean Gaspard (263,500)

The final 8 players will return tomorrow to play for the $112,591 first prize and the coveted WSOP gold bracelet. Eli Elezra holds the chip lead but with Allen Cunningham and Matt Grapenthien among the chasing pack, Elezra is not guaranteed a victory just yet!

Stay with us here at WSOP.com for live coverage of the final table, beginning at 2 p.m. local time in the Amazon Room.
