Vasili Firsau was the chip leader for most of the early portions of the Event #46 final table. He'll return today with a slightly below average stack.
Event #46 was supposed to crown a World Series of Poker champion yesterday but sometimes, the schedule doesn't cooperate, especially when there are four players that just can't be separated like there was during yesterday's post-dinner final table.
Four players returned from the dinner break and after close to five hours of play, Nipun Java, Andreas Freund, Vasili Firsau and Numit Agrawal just would not break.
Numit Agrawal bent though, getting short stacked but managing two vitally important double ups to save his tournament life. While those two all-in and calls were exciting, the rest of the four handed battle was a cagey affair, with no one getting too out of line or wanting to play big pots.
Rightfully so, as the remaining pay jumps are big and no one seems willing to give up a shot at a WSOP gold bracelet.
These remaining four players will all return for that opportunity at 2 PM, with WSOP.com picking up the action with more hand for hand final table updates coming as soon as cards are in the air.
