Simon Deadman raises to 200,000 from the button and is called by Mike Gorodinsky on the big blind.

The flop comes down     and Gorodinsky checks. Deadman splashes out a 265,000 continuation bet only to be faced with a raise to 700,000 from Gorodinsky. Deadman goes into the tank for over a minute before announcing all in for just short of three million in chips. The bet takes Gorodinsky by surpirse, and he pauses to make a decision, before eventually calling with slightly less chips.

Gorodinsky finds himself in front holding    up against Deadman's   . The kicker's are playing their part with Gorodinsky's king keeping him in the lead as the   drops on the turn.

Deadman's rail is deafening as they collectively call for a ten on the river. They get their wish as the dealer produces the   to see Deadman spike two pair to take down the massive pot.

Gorodinsky makes his way over to his rail to receive thank them before making his way to collect his prize.

Mercier leads out for 100,000 and is called as the   drops on the turn. Mercier continues with another bet of 290,000 which is called before the   completes the board.

After a short pause, Mercier slides out a bet totaling 685,000 in chips. Gorodinsky goes into the tank for over a minute before making the call.

Mercier then tables his    for two pair which is enough to take down the pot after Gorodinsky mucks his hand.
