Jeff Vaughn opens in the cutoff and Daniel Alaei, pictured above, makes it three bets in the small blind.

Scott Clements calls in the big blind and Vaughn calls to see the flop.

Alaei leads the     flop, with Clements calling and Vaughn tank folding.

The   falls on the turn and Alaei again leads with Clements calling.

The   completes the boards and this time the action goes check, bet, call, with Alaei tabling     .

That's good for the high but Clements takes the low, as he tables     .

Both players pick up some chips, with Alaei currently playing close to 850,000 and Clements working a 700,000 chip stack.

On the     flop, Aldridge checks and Clements bets. Aldridge calls and the   falls on the turn. Both players check and the river is the  .

Aldridge leads out and Clements calls. Aldridge flips      for the ace-two low and two pair for the high.

Ken Aldridge opens in early position. Anthony Zinno and Jeff Vaughn call before Daniel Alaei puts in three bets from the big blind. 

Aldridge makes it four bets and all three players call to see a flop.

Alaei checks the     board, with Aldridge betting and seeing Zinno call. Vaughn then makes it two bets. Alaei and Zinno call, while Aldridge folds between them. 

The   falls on the turn and both Alaei and Zinno check-call a bet from Vaughn. 

The   completes the board and both players again check to Vaughn, who bets and forces two folds. 

He doesn't have to go to showdown to win the "biggest pot of the tournament" according to Mike Wattel, with Kyle Miaso adding, "By far the biggest." as Vaughn stacks up nearly 900,000 chips.

Zinno check-calls the     flop and then leads the   turn. 

Alaei raises, with Zinno quickly calling to see the river. 

The   pairs and completes the board, with both players checking. 

Zinno tables      for the nut low and two pair. 

Alaei picks his cards up from the table and rechecks them a few times before mucking. 

The pot puts Zinno over the 1,000,000 chip mark, the only player over that number other than Scott Clements, while cutting Daniel Alaei down to just under 700,000.

Once again, Clements check calls a bet from Miaso. Miaso flips      for two pair and Clements mucks.

Ken Aldridge opens the betting for two bets and action folds around to Daniel Alaei in the big blind.

Alaei calls and the flop is    . Alaei checks and Aldridge bets. Alaei makes it two bets to go and Aldridge calls. The turn is the   and Alaei opens before Aldridge raises. Alaei calls and the river is the  .

Alaei checks and Aldrige needs some assistance from the dealer on how many pink chips he should put in the middle if he'd like to bet.

"I'm too excited, I've got such a great hand," Aldridge says.

Alaei calls and Aldridge wasn't joking as he flips      for quads and scoops the pot. Alaei mucks his hand.

Daniel Alaei calls a raise from Anthony Zinno from the button to see the     flop. 

Zinno checks, only to check-raise after Alaei bets. The in position player calls to see the turn.

The   brings a bet from Zinno and a call from Alaei, while the   forces Zinno to check-call.

It's much ado about nothing, as the players chop up the pot, with Alaei tabling      for the low and Zinno turning over      for two pair. 

Anthony Zinno is playing just over 700,000 while Daniel Alaei is still hovering near the 900,000 mark, with just under a half hour remaining in Level 23.

Alaei checks the     flop, with Aldridge betting, only to see Vaughn make it two bets. Alaei and Aldridge both call. 

The   falls on the turn and Aldridge check-raises after Vaughn bets. Alaei folds and Vaughn calls to see the river. 

The   completes the board and both players check, with Aldridge tabling      for a full house and Vaughn tabling      for the nut low. 

The players chop the pot and increase their stacks slightly, with Aldridge winning his "first of many green chips".

It should be noted that there are three different chips in play, the yellow 1,000 value, pink 5,000 value and green 25,000 value chips.

Scott Clements opens from under the gun and Jeremy Ausmus makes it three bets as the next player to act. Mike Wattel calls in the small blind and Clements calls as well.

Wattel checks the     flop, with Clements betting and only Ausmus calling to see the turn.

Which is the  , bringing another bet from Clements. Ausmus goes into the tank, eventually sliding out a call, leaving himself just under 10,000 chips behind.

Before the   falls on the river, Clements already has his final bet out in front of him.

"In the dark?" Ausmus asks, before going back into the tank.

He eventually calls, tabling     . It's no good as Clements holds      for a straight.

Ausmus is eliminated in 9th place and will make just over $36,000 for his Event #21 final table run.

Scott Clements is now playing nearly 1,100,000.

Daniel Alaei opens in middle position and Jeff Vaughn calls in the big blind. 

Vaughn then check-calls the     flop.

The   comes on the turn and Vaughn elects to lead, with Alaei calling to see the river. 

The   completes the board and Vaughn reverts back to the flop, check-calling only to see Alaei turn over      for a rivered flush and nut low. 

That's good enough tho scoop the pot and Daniel Alaei is now playing close to 900,000, while Vaughn has been cut down to just over 500,000.

On the turn Docness is ahead for the high with two pair and Zinno has the low, but the   on the river gives Zinno a flush, scoring him both pots and eliminating Docness in 10th place.

The   falls on the turn and Clements checks again, this time to check-raise. Docness calls to see the river. 

The   completes the board and Clements leads, with Docness sigh calling, only to see Clements table      for the nut low and two pair. 

Docness flashes what looks to be a      hand, before throwing it into the muck. 

He's cut down to just under the 200,000 mark while Clements is now playing just shy of 1,000,000.

On the very next hand after doubling up, Mike Wattel opens for two bets again, prompting a joke from Kyle Miaso.

"You got somewhere to be Mike," Miaso says with a smile.

Action folds around to Jeff Vaughn in the big blind, who calls. On the     flop, Vaughn checks and Wattel bets. Vaughn folds and Wattel scoops a small one.
