Hayes three-bets an Alexander Kostritsyn preflop raise, and Jay Helfert and Kostritsyn call.

The action escalates on the     flop as Hayes bets after checks from both Helfert and Kostritsyn. From there, players continue to raise until the betting cap is reached, leaving Hayes all in, and Helfert with only 3,000 behind.

Helfert throws in his last 3,000 before the turn is run.
