Winner Event 10 Keith Lehr

In what turned out to be a rapid-paced heads up match, Keith Lehr has defeated fellow bracelet winner Paul Volpe to claim $334,430 in first-place prize money as well as his second piece of World Series of Poker jewelry.

For Lehr, who won his first bracelet 12 years ago in a $3,000 Pot-Limit Hold'em event, this victory has been a long-time in the making. He claim close to earning bracelet number two back in 2012 when he finished runner up to eventual Main Event champion Greg Merson in the $10,000 No-Limit Hold'em Six-Handed event. Just three years later, Lehr was able to overcome a stacked field to finally lay claim to his second bracelet.

Lehr's path to success was not an easy one. Over the two opening days he faced opponents such as Matthew Hyman, Adam Sobolewski, Justin Oliver, Jake Schindler, Valeriu Coca, Dee Tiller. In the end, Lehr made quick work of Volpe in the finals, defeating him in just 24 hands. Volpe jumped out to an early lead, but Lehr was able to clinch a sizable chip lead on Hand 16, showing down top pair against Volpe's ace-high. The match came to a close a mere eight hands later.
