Le draws two again and checks dark. Galfond draws one again and bets 30,000. Le sneaks in a check-raise to 60,000 this time, though, and Galfond calls.

Both men pat the last round, and Le leads out with the last bet of 30,000. Galfond calls.

Le exposes his      , and Galfond studies carefully before showing his superior      . Both players make an eight-seven, but Galfond's eight-seven-five is the one that gets the pot.

Tuan Le opens to 30,000 from the cutoff and Rep Porter three-bets the small blind. Le calls and draws three as Porter draws one and bets 15,000.

Le calls and both players draw one before Porter bets out 30,000. Le raises to 60,000 and Porter goes into the tank for close to two minutes before committing his 83,000 total. Le calls, and both players stand pat.

Le spreads his       and Porter acknowledges the hand and folds. The dealer reveals his       as Porter exits in 6th place for a $46,813 payday while Le climbs to 1.5 million in chips.

Both players draw one, and it checks through.

Both players draw one again, and Porter bets. Obst calls.

Porter is pat now, and he checks to Obst, who draws one again. Obst bets, Porter calls, and Obst shows that he drew to a      . His eighty-seven is good.

Phil Galfond raises to 30,000, and Ismael Bojang three-bets to 45,000 from the blinds. Galfond calls.

Bojang draws one and bets; Galfond three and a call.

Both players draw one card on the next round, and Bojang check-calls a Galfond bet of 30,000 this time.

On the river, Bojang draws one against Galfond's pat hand. Bojang decides to lead out with the last bet of 30,000, and Galfond pauses for maybe 30 seconds. He finally settles on a call, and Bojang lifts his cards above the muck. Galfond takes his cue to show      , and his jack-low is good.

"Almost," Bojang says.

"You almost got me," Galfond agrees.

James Obst opens to 30,000 and Tuan Le calls before Maximilian three-bets the button. Obst makes it four bets to go and both Le and Casal call.

Obst and Casal each draw one as Le draws three and Obst's bet is called by each player. Obst and Casal again draw one while Le reduces his draw to two and the action is checked round.

Each players draws one with Obst betting out 30,000 only to have Le raise to 60,000. Casal folds, as does Obst, and Le collects the pot to send him to 1.4 million.

Max Casal opens the button for 30,000, and Rep Porter three-bets to 45,000 from the small blind, committing more than half his remaining chips. Casal puts in third raise to 60,000, and Porter calls.

Porter draws two and checks dark, while Casal draws one and bets dark. Porter calls with 12,000 chips left behind.

The draws repeat with Porter needing two and Casal one, and Porter like his draw enough to bet out all in. Casal quickly calls, and both men pat for the last draw.

Both players draw one card again, and Le leads out for 30,000. Porter misses and folds, and he's down to just a few bets now.

Ismael Bojang opens the pot to 30,000 and Calvin Anderson raises all-in for his last 42,000 with Bojang making the call and drawing two to Anderson's three.

Anderson improves his draw to just one as Bojang searches for two.

On the final draw both players draw one and Anderson fans his      to have a slight advantage over Bojang's     .

Bojang is dealt his draw card and immediately flips it over to revel the   for a pair.

With Anderson in great shape, he unfortunately squeezed out one of the two cards that would guarantee his elimination - the  .

As Bojang collected the pot to close in on 500,000, Anderson headed to the rail in 7th place for a $35,389 payday while simultaneously leaving the remaining six players at the official final table of Event #7.

Le draws two and checks dark again, Anderson pats and bets 24,000 again, and Obst draws one and calls. Le calls too.

Le draws one, Anderson pats, and Obst draws one. After squeezing his cards, Le leads out for 24,000, and Anderson sinks in his chair. He has less than three bets left in front of him, and he reluctantly drops one of them into the pot for a call. Obst folds.

"Wheel," announces Le. He fans out       for the proof, and Anderson is now the extreme short stack.

From the cutoff, Phil Galfond opens to 24,000. Calvin Anderson raises to 36,000, Obst cold-calls from the small blind, and Galfond calls the extra bet.

Here's the fun street. Obst draws one, Galfond three, and Anderson two. Obet bets out for 12,000, Galfond raises to 24,000, and Anderson puts in the third bet for 36,000. Obst makes it 48,000 with the reraise, and Galfond and Anderson both call.

Obst is pat, while Galfond and Anderson are drawing one card. Obst bets, and both opponent call.

"Say one," Anderson hopes from Obst. But the Aussie stands pat again, while the other two are still drawing one. Action on the river checks through, and Galfond mucks his missed draw. Obst tables      , and Anderson can't beat it.

After beginning the day with the shortest stack at the table, Obst is suddenly second in chips. Anderson, meanwhile, is now the short stack.
