Tuan Le opens with a raise and James Obst calls in the big blind and draws two to Le's one.

Le bets and Obst check-calls as both players draw one and Obst leads out for 24,000. Le calls and draws one once Obst stands pat.

Obst bets, Le raises and Obst quickly calls.

Le tables his      , but it would be Obst's       that would see him scoop the pot.

Tuesday, June 2, 2015 2:52 PM Local Time

Calvin Anderson opens to 24,000 and James Obst and Maximilian Casal both call before Rep Porter makes it three bets to go from the big blind. Anderson makes it four bets as Obst and Casal both fold before Porter calls.

Porter draws one and checks to Anderson who stands pat and bets. Porter calls and stands pat as Anderson stands pat also and bets. Porter calls and again both players stand pat before they both check.

Porter tables his       and Anderson mucks.

Calvin Anderson - 350,000
Rep Porter - 320,000

Tuesday, June 2, 2015 2:48 PM Local Time

On the next hand, Calvin Anderson opens the hijack to 24,000, and Max Casal defends his big blind.

Casal draws two; Anderson draws one. Casal leads out with a bet of 12,000, Anderson makes it two bets for 24,000, and Casal calls.

Casal draws one and checks in the dark while Anderson pats and bets 24,000. Casal calls.

Anderson is still pat and still betting on the river, and Casal draws one and folds.

Calvin Anderson - 430,000
Max Casal - 285,000

Tuesday, June 2, 2015 2:46 PM Local Time

Calvin Anderson raises from the cutoff, and Tuan Le calls in the big blind.

Le draws two and checks dark; Anderson draws one and bets the 12,000. Le calls.

Both players draw one card, and they both check.

Both players draw one last card, and Le bets out 24,000. Anderson lets a puzzled look cross his face for a moment or two before dropping the call into the pot.

Le shows      , and his ten-seven is good.

Tuan Le - 1,135,000
Calvin Anderson - 350,000

Tuesday, June 2, 2015 2:43 PM Local Time

After the second draw, Rep Porter and James Obst are heads-up, and Obst check-calls a bet. Porter is getting rather short on chips by this point with just about 100,000 in front of him.

Both players draw one card, and they check it down. Obst shows      , but Porter can beat that. He rolls over       to rake in that must-win pot.

Rep Porter - 200,000
James Obst - 355,000

Tuan Le opens to 24,000 and both Phil Galfond and Calvin Anderson call in the blinds. Le and Anderson draw two as Galfond draws one.

Anderson bets out and both players call as he reduces his draw to one like Galfond and Le draws two again.

Galfond checks, Anderson bets, Le calls and Galfond raises to 48,000 with both players calling and drawing one to Galfond's pat.

Galfond slides out 24,000 and Anderson folds before Le calls.

"Number 3!" announces Galfond as he tables his      .

Le taps the table and fans his      .

Tuan Le - 1,050,000
Phil Galfond - 450,000
Calvin Anderson - 365,000

Tuesday, June 2, 2015 2:33 PM Local Time

James Obst raises to 24,000 and Maximilian Casal calls before Rep Porter three-bets and both players call. Obst and Casal draw two to Porter's one as he bets out and both players call.

The same draw is repeated and Porter fires 24,000 only to have Obst raise. Casal folds, Porter calls and draws one as Obst stands pat.

Both players check and Obst tables his       to take the pot.

James Obst - 280,000
Rep Porter - 220,000

Tuesday, June 2, 2015 2:26 PM Local Time

Neighbors Phil Galfond and Calvin Anderson are always good for a little strategy chatter, and their conversation about this unofficial final table is overheard.

"Have you ever played seven-handed?" Anderson asks.

Galfond searches his memory banks before shaking his head no. "I'll figure it out, though."

Tuesday, June 2, 2015 2:23 PM Local Time

James Obst raises from the button, and Tuan Le defends his big blind.

Le draws two, and Obst draws three. Le leads out with the first bet, and Obst squeezes and mucks.

James Obst - 160,000

Tuesday, June 2, 2015 2:21 PM Local Time

Tuan Le opens with a raise to 24,000 and collects the blinds, and then on the next hand under-the-gun he fires out 24,000 and again wins the blinds.

Tuan Le - 1,214,000

It didn't take too long, but we have a solution.

The unofficial final table will continue to deal in all seven players.

Tuesday, June 2, 2015 2:17 PM Local Time

2-7 Triple Draw is a game that is normally played six-handed, but since we are at the unofficial final table of seven, the dealer dealt all seven players in on the first two hands.

Once it was noticed, the Tournament Director paused the tournament to contact WSOP Tournament Director Jack Effel for an exact ruling.

So far the players believe that the under-the-gun player should be sitting out, and if so, they will complete this first orbit dealing seven players before switching to the standard six-to-a-hand.

Tuesday, June 2, 2015 2:13 PM Local Time

On the second hand of the day, Tuan Le opens to 24,000 and Maximilian Casal calls in the cutoff as both players draw two.

Le bets, Casal calls and draws one to Le's pat. Le again bets out with Casal calling as both players stand pat and check.

Le fans his      , but it would be Casal's       that would see him win the pot, and the majority of the chips he lost in the previous hand.

Tuesday, June 2, 2015 2:11 PM Local Time

Calvin Anderson raises to 24,000 and both Tuan Le and Maximilian Casal call from the cutoff and button.

Anderson draws two as Le and Casal draw one with Casal betting out 12,000 and both players calling as the same draw is repeated.

Le leads out for 24,000 and Casal raises as Anderson mucks and Le calls. Both players check and Le tables his       to further extend his lead over his opponents.

Welcome back to the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino and the 2015 World Series of Poker (WSOP) for Day 3 of Event #7: $10,000 Limit 2-7 Triple Draw Lowball Championship.

The 109 player field was reduced to 56 on Day 1, and after a long day on the felt for Day 2 that required a full extra level on the bubble, just seven would remain on the unofficial final table.

Tuan Le bested a 120-player field last year to capture his first WSOP bracelet, and now he is on the verge of joining the likes of Layne "Back-to-Back" Flack in becoming a repeat champion if he is able to last the distance today. Le quietly navigated the field during yesterday until he picked up the pace and started accumulating chips at will before crossing the seven-figure chip mark late in the day and eventually settling on a chip stack of 1,100,000.

Calvin Anderson - who captured his first bracelet last year - is sitting next on the leaderboard with 552,000 while Maximilian Casal was one of the leaders throughout the day as he finished with 431,000. Mixed game tournament regulars Ismael Bojang, Phil Galfond and Rep Porter are clumped together in the middle while Australian James Obst will be hoping to rally from the short stack and join the short list of "Down Under" bracelet winners. Here is how the unofficial final table sits:

Seat 1: Rep Porter - 303,000
Seat 2: Phil Galfond - 355,000
Seat 3: Calvin Anderson - 552,000
Seat 4: James Obst - 207,000
Seat 5: Ismael Bojang - 404,000
Seat 6: Tuan Le - 1,100,000
Seat 7: Maximilan Casal - 431,000

Play will resume at 2:00 p.m. (PDT) with the WSOP live reporting team providing continuous updates of all the live action as Event 7 looks to crown the next WSOP bracelet winner. Stay tuned right here to WSOP.com for updates on this event, as well as all the 2015 WSOP tournaments.
