When 'The Colossus' began, the main focus of nearly every poker media outlet on the planet was the sheer size of the event and rightfully so, as more than 22,000 players sat down for a shot at a World Series of Poker bracelet.
After four starting flights and three additional days of play, only a final table remains. The focus now not on how massive this record breaking event was, but on these nine players who will all look to capture their first bracelet today, while taking down the biggest live poker tournament in history.
The remaining nine players could not be more different in terms of poker experience, as there are veteran pros with multiple major titles and millions in earnings and stone amateurs looking to make their first big WSOP score.
It still remains to be seen who will win potentially the most coveted bracelet of the this year's Series, but what we do know is that WSOP.com will be following all the action with play beginning at 12 PM.
