Chan was in a world of trouble but got lucky when the     flop delivered him a set of sixes. Neither the   turn nor   river changed a thing and Chan doubled through Moorman.

Shortly after scoring a double, Matt "Berkey11_S4Y" Berkey raised to 2,250 from early position and Andrew "Love2Lose" Porter called from the button. Both blinds got out of the way and the flop came down    .

Berkey had a flush draw while Porter was ahead with a pair of jacks. The   river improved Porter to two pair and he claimed the pot while Berkey was left to re-enter.

"GoldGame" raised to 2,000 from middle position only to have Matt "Berkey11_S4Y" Berkey three-bet all in for 9,934 from the button. Both blinds folded and "GoldGame" called.

It was a flip and Berkey held on the     flop, though his opponent did pick up a gutshot wheel draw. The   turn improved Berkey to a set and he shipped the double after the   was run out on the river.

This event will award $250,000 in prize money as well as a WSOP Gold Bracelet. Only eligible players are invited to participate in this event. To become an eligible player:

• Win a $10,000 Player of the Month Leaderboard
• Win a Grinder's Online Second Chance Freeroll
• Be one of the top 50 players on the Cumulative Circuit Leaderboard

Moorman had flopped the club flush and scored the double.

A player that looked poised for a breakout prior to the Covid-19 Pandemic was Kevin "GoneBananas" Garosshen, and even after casinos closed down for an extended period of time, Garosshen spent last year's WSOP Online Series continuing to produce solid results that cemented his status as a player on the rise.

Garosshen's big breakout occurred at one of the last live events before the heart of the pandemic, as he took down the $1,650 HPT St. Louis Main Event for $131,184 after topping a field of 392 entrants. Garosshen then set his sights on the 2020 WSOP Online Series, and went to work immediately, finishing in third-place in Event #3: $1,000 NLH Deepstack 8-Max for $73,424. Garosshen ended up with a total of nine cashes in the 2020 WSOP Online.

So far this year, Garosshen has had a smattering of success on the felt, including two deep runs in side events at the WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown, and a nineteenth-place finish in last month's WPT Tampa Championship. Garosshen will be looking to have another successful summer on the virtual felt, and add a WSOP Gold Bracelet to his HPT Title.
