WSOP.com Event #13: No Limit Hold'em High Roller Freezeout

From July 1st to September 6th, 85 WSOP gold bracelets are up for grabs on the digital felt across two different clients: WSOP.com and GG Poker.

WSOP.com will kick off the action with a daily series running from July 1-31, accessible to those only in Nevada and New Jersey. Meanwhile, GGPoker's schedule, offering a whopping 54 bracelet events, will start on July 19 and run all the way through to September 6.

Jesse "MrJesseJames" Sylvia opened for 4,800 from the hijack before calling Ryan "rbam13" Bambrick's 32,478 three-bet jam from the button.

The   turn made things interesting as the two players traded outs as but the board completed with the   on the river securing Bambrick's double-up.

Action on the table folded around to Jesse "MrJesseJames" Sylvia who raised all in for 25,783 from late position and he was called by Matthew "HuniDeGrande" Stone from the big blind.

Sylvia held live cards but didn't get any help from the     flop.

The   turn was even worse for Sylvia as it left him drawing dead and he took his exit after the   completed the board on the river.

The 2020 WSOP Online Event #13: $1,500 No-Limit Hold'em High Roller Freezeout attracted 649 players and created a $924,825 prize pool. That will be paid out to the top 99 finishers with a min-cash being worth $2,034.61 and the eventual champion taking home a $164,248.92 first-place prize.

Thomas "Zebra_Debra" Sabatino was so short that he found himself all in from the big blind for 858. Tony "Panoramic" Dunst raised to 3,200 from early position and the rest of the players folded.

Robert "BustinBalls" Kuhn raised to 3,200 from middle position, and was called by "Kaykook" in the big blind.

"Kaykook" check-called a bet of 6,480 from Kuhn on a     flop, and both players checked the   turn.

The   fell on the river, and Kaykook checked. Kuhn took his time before overbetting the pot for 24,740. Kaykook snap-called with    for top two pair, while Kuhn showed    for a busted straight flush draw on the turn.

When it comes to Las Vegas grinders, Darren Rabinowitz is up there with the best of them. He's a familiar face at tournament series around town, but this month he's on the virtual grind looking to capture his first WSOP gold bracelet.

To date, Rabinowitz, who plays under the screenname "avocadotoast," has more than $2.2 million in lifetime earnings, including a career-best $393,676 for finishing fourth in the 2014 Aussie Millions.

When it comes to the WSOP, he has amassed 88 WSOP-related cashes for $860,880 in earnings. That includes three WSOP Circuit gold ring victories. The first came in 2013 when he took down the WSOPC Horseshoe Cincinnati Event #5: $580 NLH Six-Handed for $19,664, and then a year later he won his second in the WSOPC Caesars Las Vegas Event #6: $365 NLH Six-Handed for $27,216.

His third came more recently back in March, which is when he was victorious in the WSOP.com Online Circuit Event #8: $1,000 NLH High Roller 6-Max. Clearly, he knows what it takes to succeed online.

Nick "DuckFlush" Pupillo raised to 2,800 from the hijack, and Jack "EarlGrey" Salter, who finished runner-up to Ryan "Joeyisamush" Depaulo in yesterday's Event #12: $500 BIG 500 No-Limit Hold'em, three-bet shoved for 19,888 on the button. Pupillo called.

Salter picked up a gutshot on the     flop, but the   turn was a brick. Salter needed a ten or an eight to stay alive, and found one on the   river, earning the double through Pupillo.
