Ercan Atmaca jammed for a little more than four big blinds from under the gun and was looked up by Simone Santucci from the cutoff.

Bastian Gallitzendoerfer opened for 110,000 from the cutoff. Manfred Hochmuth three-bet shoved for 700,000 from the button and was snap-called by Gallitzendoerfer.

Hochmuth improved to top pair on the     flop but he was still behind his opponent. The   turn opened up a flush draw for Hochmuth but he was out of chips after a blank   paired the board on the river.

We caught up with a hand where Simone Sintucci had his stack of 625,000 committed on the     flop and was up against Bastian Gallitzendoerfer.

Sintucci flopped a set but oddly enough it was still a coin-flip situation with Gallitzendoerfer flopping both an open-ended straight draw and a flush drawing.

The   turn was safe for Sintucci and he doubled his stack with a full house after the   river paired the board.

Meanwhile, shortly after, Renato Messina lost his short stack and there were just 22 hopefuls remaining.

Renato Messina opened for 80,000 from middle position before Simone Sintucci three-bet shoved for 305,000 from one seat over. Messina quickly called and Sintucci was at risk.

Sintucci got out of his chair even though he was ahead. He sat back down as soon as his king paired up on the     flop. Messina was drawing dead after the   turn and paid off Sintucci after the   river completed the board to make the hand official.

Ercan Atmaca jammed over the open by Kestutis Jungevicius for 420,000. Tiziano Di Remauldo four-bet shoved for 1,100,000 and Jungevicius folded.

However, the   turn paired his queen to take the lead and Di Remauldo was now the one behind needing one of the three remaining kings to win the pot. Patrik Jaros check-raised the     flop from 125,000 to 420,000. Frederik Brink tanked for a minute before he called. Jaros fired out for another 350,000 on the   turn and Brink called.

The   river completed the board and Jaros jammed for more than the approximately 1.3 million Brink had left in his stack. Brink tanked for several minutes before he called.

Jaros tapped the table as to say nice call. But the reality of the situation turned out to be different. Jaros turned over   .

"What the f&#%!" screamed Jaros as he found out his hand was good with Brink calling with   .

"I thought you had some bluffs," said Brink before heading to the cashier.

Meanwhile, Jaros was thrilled that he extended his chip lead to 6.1 million in chip.

Jonas Lauck three-bet jammed for about 7 big blinds and was called by Orhan Sen, who originally opened with a min-raise.

Klas Krueger opened for 65,000 from the hijack. Bastian Gallitzendoerfer three-bet to 250,000 from the button before Dmitrijs Prohorovs four-bet shoved for about 1,500,000. Krueger snap folded and the action paused for a minute or two on Gallitzendoerfer.

"You fold, I already see it in your face," Prohorovs said to Gallitzendoerfer.

Gallitzendoerfer folded but not before flashing the table the   . He would have been behind in a 3 million chip pot if he called as Prohorovs returned the favor and showed his   .

Meanwhile, Gary Hasson was eliminated in 26th place leaving just 25 players remaining.

Maria Lampropulos made yet another deep run. But sometimes all good things must come to an end like they did for the last woman standing in the Main Event. Lampropulos was down to around 3 big blinds when she jammed from the small blind with   . Orhan Sen called with    and won the hand with a full house to eliminate Lampropulos in 27th place with the       running out on the board. Around the same time, Lukas Pazma was also eliminated.

Lampropulos did manage to ladder up a spot as instead of collecting the €5,164 prize that Pazma and a handful of others collected, she will go home with a bigger prize of €5,876.
