Russell Brooks
We are down to just six players from a field 487 in the 2025 World Series of Poker Circuit Tulsa Main Event. After nearly ten hour-long levels of play Russell Brooks finished the night with the overall chip lead, bagging 6,230,000.
Brooks quickly ascended to the top of the counts after scoring a flurry of eliminations at the final two tables, including start-of-day chip leader Noah Nodine (15th - $5,820), Kasey Mills (12th - $6,990) and David Griffin (11th - $6,990). Brooks recently won his fourth circuit ring at this series after winning Event #9: $400 Double Stack for $31,916. Brooks is having a great 2025 so far, having recently won a $600 Pot-Limit Omaha circuit event this past January for a career-best live tournament score of $40,797, which he will surpass with a 4th place finish or better in the Main Event.

Brooks is most closely followed by Iman Alsaden who bagged 4,855,000. Alsaden has five WSOP Circuit final table appearances over the last three years, including one at this series when they finished fourth in the $400 mystery bounty event. Alsaden will need a second place finish or better to top their previous best tournament cash of $77,192.

The final six return tomorrow at noon with $24,155 locked up while the winner will take home the top prize of $147,178 in addition to a Main Event Circuit ring and TOC entry.

Inaugural WSOPC Tulsa Main Event Champ Will Berry returns today for Day 2
The 2025 WSOP Circuit Tulsa Main Event is well underway, with just 78 players returning from a field of 487 entries.
Noah Nodine holds the overall chip lead going into Day 2 after finishing Day 1a with 723,000. Nodine came just shy of a WSOP Circuit Main Event final table with his 11th place finish in the 2015 WSOPC Choctaw Main Event and will be looking to surpass that finish with a deep run today.
Kasey Mills also has a top ten stack after finishing Day 1b with 531,000. Mills has won three circuit rings in the last 15 months including a win in the 2024 WSOPC Choctaw $1,000 Monster Stack for a career-best cash of $66,009. Mills will be able to top that score with a third-place finish or better in this event.

Maurice Hawkins is also in the top ten going into Day 2 with 511,000 and he will be seeking a record-tying 19th WSOP Circuit Ring with a win in the event.

The money bubble is set to burst shortly after the start of play, with 74 players making the money and guaranteeing themselves at least a min-cash of $3,404 but all players will be aiming for the massive final table payouts:
