Dann Turner looks for his second WSOP Circuit ring Monday at Thunder Valley

The WSOP Circuit Thunder Valley Main Event concludes Monday with a champion being crowned from 12 returning players, who have survived two tough days filled with some of poker’s best to emerge with a chance at WSOP glory.

Leading Monday’s field of hopefuls is Dann Turner, who has a WSOP bracelet and ring to his name, and with a stack of 7,905,000 to start the day, and his closest competitor Kaylen Lebaron (4,435,000) over 3,000,000 chips behind, Turner is in pole position to take the title.

Joseph Spanne, who also made a run in the High Roller event, finishing fourth, comes into the day third in chips with 3,365,000.

Meanwhile, the man who won that High Roller event, plus the $400 freezeout earlier in the series, Travis Egbert is right there in fourth place with 3,150,000.

It’s going to be an incredible finish to this record-breaking Thunder Valley Main Event with the winner earning $207,020, along with a prestigious WSOP Circuit ring, and entry into the WSOP Tournament of Champions this summer in Las Vegas.

The action resumes at 11 a.m. PT and will continue until that champion is crowned.
