Preston McEwen’s run at Horseshoe Tunica continues to amaze, as just one year after winning his first Circuit ring in this very casino, McEwen took down what was on everybody’s wish list and that is the Main Event.

After a field of 642 entries were recorded through three starting flights, a $972,630 prize pool was generated paying out 92 players but, in the end, it was McEwen who walked away with the lion's share, as he claimed the $1,700 Main Event title that came with a $183,653 top prize.
