Jim Collopy limped from the small blind and Timothy Chang raised to 200,000 from the big blind. Collopy added the remainder.

On a flop of    , Collopy check-called a bet of 125,000 from Chang. 

The turn brought the   and Collopy check-called another bet from Chang, this time of 420,000.

The   completed the board and both players checked. Collopy showed    for a pair of aces but that wasn't good enough as Chang revealed    to win the pot with his higher kicker.

A few hands after they clashed, Andrea Buonocore and Eric Baldwin were at it again.

Baldwin opened to 100,000 on the button. Buonocore defended his big blind with a call.

The flop came    . Buonocore quickly checked it to Baldwin. Baldwin jammed and Buonocore snap called.

Baldwin, with   , was on an open-ended straight draw. Buonocore's    got smacked by flop, picking up two pair.

The turn was the  , giving Baldwin more outs. However, Buonocore faded the river when the   landed. Buonocore secured a double up right back through Baldwin who he paid out previously.

Eric Baldwin opened to 115,000 from the hijack and Andrea Buonocore called from the button.

The dealer spread a flop of     that Baldwin checked. Buonocore bet 175,000 and Baldwin check-raised to 480,000. Buonocore thought for a minute then three-bet jammed for a total of about 2,300,000. Baldwin snap-called with his last 1,310,000 and the cards were tabled.

Buonocore had flopped a set of nines but Baldwin had flopped a straight. The   and   filled up the board, and Baldwin raked in the pot with his king-high straight to double up.

Jim Collopy - Chip Leader into Day 3

The grand finale of Event #13: $1,700 No-Limit Hold'em Main Event at the Bally's Las Vegas Circuit begins at 2:00 p.m. today. The final five decided to push back the start time in order to get some extra rest after a grueling Day 2.

Leading the way with 43% of the total chips in play is two-time gold bracelet winner Jim "Mr. Big Queso" Collopy. Also among the five competitors is another two-time gold bracelet winner, Eric Baldwin.
