In Event #2: $400 NLH Multi-Flight, 3,334 were tallied over four starting flights and offered up a $1,100,220 prize pool that was reserved for the top 456 players.
Among those to cash were Nicholas Marsico (10th - $11,983), Richard Ali (14th - $9,757), Eddie Blumenthal (108th - $2,274), Scott Stewart (283rd - $703), and Russell Sullivan (384th - $622).
Coming out on top was Ohio native Brad Albrinck, who claimed the title for $141,330 and his third gold ring.
“It feels great,” Albrinck said after his victory.
“This was a massive field that had really good players make it to the end, it wasn’t an easy road to get through, but I had a fair share of luck that helped.”
Albrinck has built up quite the poker resume, holding over $1.4 million in lifetime WSOP earnings, but his last victory came back in 2016 when he won the Main event here for $275,877.
“It feels really good to get back on a big score, it’s been a long time coming.”

In Event #1: $400 NLH Double Stack, 475 entries offered up a $156,750 prize pool that was reserved for the top 72 players.
Among those to cash were Kevin Funderburk (10th - $2,333), Donovan Dean (15th - $1,953), Carl Masters (23rd - $1,153), Russell Sullivan (45th - $678), and David Moses (65th - $601).
Coming out on top was Charles Hepler, who claimed the title for $30,629 and his first gold ring.
“I feel awesome! I can’t really believe it to be honest,” said Hepler after his victory.
Hepler sat in the middle of the pack at the final table that was mixed with pros and recreational players.
“I really didn’t think I had a shot,” Hepler explained, “I was down to just three big blinds, but I pulled off a huge bluff with two-three suited and was able to get it done.”
