John DePersio

John DePersio won his second World Series of Poker Circuit ring just a few hours before the sun comes up on Friday morning in the $400 no-limit hold'em single-day event. He defeated a field of 243 entries and Rodney Moret-Rojas heads-up to earn the title and $19,649, denying Moret-Rojas a second ring of his own.

It was the Parkland, FL resident's third career Circuit cash and his third final table to go with his second ring. Moret-Rojas took home $12,139 for his efforts.
