William Wolf

William Wolf busted his first bullet and recently re-entered. According to Wolf, on his first hand back in the tournament at his new table and seat, he doubled up and busted Men Nguyen.

"He turned top two pair and I turned a straight," said Wolf.

The two-time ring winner is on his final bullet of the day, but has more than double his starting stack.

Nipun Java opens with a raise to 525 from middle position. He is called by four players, including both blinds. 

The flop comes     and action checks to Java, who bets 1,300. Everyone folds except Kenneth Morrison, who's in the big blind. Morrison raises to 3,500. Java calls after giving it some thought.

The turn is the   and Morrison shoves all in for 13,350. Java thinks for a while. 

"Do you have a good hand?" he asks. Eventually he decides to call. Morrison makes a face, then shows   , likely assuming that he'll need to catch up. Java shows    for an overpair, and Morrison does need to catch up. 

The   on the river is one of the cards that Morrison needs though, giving him a flush and the lead in the hand, allowing him to double up while Java is left with about half of a starting stack.

David "The Dragon" Pham recently joined the tournament. 

In one of his first hands at the table, Pham opens to 450 from middle position. The big blind calls. 

The flop comes     and action checks to Pham who bets 500. The big bind calls. 

Both players then check on the   turn. On the   river, the big blind bets 1,000 and Pham folds, allowing the big blind to take the pot. It's not a hot start for Pham but he still sits right around starting stack after not losing much in the hand.

The small blind calls, middle position calls and the hijack folds. The turn is the   and the small blind checks again. The hijack checks and Bardah bets 4,800. The small blind thinks for a couple minutes and then moves all in for 8,350 more. Bardah talks to himself about the hand for about a minute and then calls.

Bardah shows   , but needs to hit an ace against the small blind's   . The river is the   and the small blind doubles up with queens and nines.

The flop comes down     and action checks to Keeline who bets 700. Only the original raiser calls. 

The turn is the   and the original raiser checks to Keeline, who bets again, making it 1,600. The player then check-raises, making it 4,000. Keeline calls. 

The river is the   and both players check. The original raiser shows    for a counterfeited two pair, but Keeline has    which improved to a better two pair on the river. That allows Keeline to take down the pot.

An early-position player raises to 400 and Harry Arutyunyan three-bets to 950 from middle position. Daniel Geyser is on his direct left, and he calls. The initial raiser calls as well.

The flop comes     and it's checked to Arutyunyan. He continues for 1,200 and only Geyser calls.

The turn is the   and Arutyunyan bet again, this time for 1,800. Geyser calls again, bringing the   on the river. Both players check. Geyser shows    for two pair, aces and eights, with a queen kicker. Arutyunyan flashes one card, the  , then sends his hand to the muck.

Eric Fields opens with a raise from middle position to 400. Scott Stewart calls on his left before the player in the cutoff makes it 1,100 to go. Fields and Stewart both call. 

The flop is     and all three players check to see the   on the turn. Fields leads out with a bet of 2,025. Stewart folds but the player in the cutoff calls. 

The river is the   and Fields fires again, this time making it 5,500. The player in the cutoff thinks for a bit, then decides to fold. Fields takes down the pot and moves close to 30,000 chips.

The cutoff moves all in for about 20,000, the big blind groans and folds, Java calls. The cutoff shows   , but is hoping for a chop against Java's   . The turn is the  , changing nothing, and the river is the  .

Java can't hit a spade and they chop up the chips that the big blind committed to the pot.

A player raises from early position to 225 and he gets three callers, including Phil Laak in the cutoff and both blinds. 

The flop comes     and action checks to Laak who puts out a bet of 375 on the button. Only the big blind calls. 

"I'm steaming," the big blind says. 

"That's ok," Laak responds. "A little steam keeps the train going. My mother used to say that." 

The turn is the   and both players check.

"I lied," Laak says. "My grandfather was actually the one who used to say that." 

The river is the   and the big blind checks again. Laak bets 1,500 and that earns a fold from him opponent. 

"Does anyone want to see it?" Laak asks. "If anyone wants to see it all they have to do is give up a hand later."

One player at the table agrees and Laak shows down his    for two pair, eliciting some laughs from the table.

The river is the   and both players check. The early-position player says, "I got nothing," and tables   . Laak turns over    for a winning pair of sixes.

The player under the gun raises to 250 and Mike Leah calls on her direct left. Britton Purvis calls from middle position, the player on the button calls and Said El Harrak defends his big blind.

The flop is     and El Harrak checks. The original raiser bets 250 and Leah folds. Purvis raises to 750 and the button three-bets to 2,300. El Harrak folds, the original raiser from under the gun folds and Purvis four-bets to 8,000. The button takes a few moments before moving all in for about a 20,000 starting stack and Purvis snap-calls.

Purvis shows    and needs to fade a diamond against the button's   . The turn is the   and the river is the  . The button makes trip tens, but Purvis wins the pot with a full house.

"Quads," Baksh says, showing   . Ocksrider mucks, but his hand is retrieved and shown to be    for a rivered flush. Baksh takes down the pot while Ocksrider is sent to re-enter.
