Cory Waaland was recently eliminated in the $365 No-Limit Hold'em Event #12, which means that our Casino Champion for Harrah's New Orleans will either be David Slaughter or Jeffrey Trudeau Jr.
Slaughter is still in the $1,675 Main Event with eight players remaining. If Slaughter is eliminated in 8th place, or if he goes on to win the Main Event, Jeffrey Trudeau Jr. will win Casino Champion. If Slaughter is eliminated in 7th through 2nd place in the Main Event, he will win Casino Champion, and the free seat into the Global Casino Championship.
