Kraetz leads for 6,000 when the flop falls    . His opponent calls and they head to the turn.

According to players at the table, James Kraetz opens from early position with a raise to 4,500. One player calls from middle position and Jon Borenstein calls from the big blind, sending three players to the flop.

Borenstein checks the     flop and Kraetz continues with a bet of 11,000. The player in middle position folds and it's back to Borenstein, who check-raises to 25,000. Kraetz moves all in, having Borenstein's stack of 81,000 covered. Borenstein calls and tables    for a straight. Kraetz shows    and is looking for help.

The   turn and   river are no help to Kraetz and Borenstein will scoop the monster pot for the double up.

Arash Alizadeh, who began the day just outside the top 10 in chips, limps from middle position. Action is on three-time ring winner Dan Gilmer in the cutoff and he raises to 5,500. The button and blinds fold sending the action back to Alizadeh. He calls and they're heads up.

The flop comes    . Alizadeh leads for 7,000. Gilmer sits still, staring down his opponent. After about 30 seconds, he reaches into his stack and raises to 21,500.

"All-in," Alizadeh calmly says.

Gilmer confirms the all-in bet. He calls and Alizadeh is at risk.

Gilmer:    for an overpair
Alizadeh:    for top pair, top kicker

The board runs out    and Alizadeh is eliminated. Gilmer now contends for the chip lead.

Chris McCoy opens with a raise to 4,200 from middle position and Nguyen Bui, in the hijack, three-bets to 11,000. The action folds back around to McCoy, and he moves all in, having Bui's stack of 42,000 covered.

Bui takes a moment, but calls and shows   . Bui is ahead of McCoy's    heading to the flop. Bui is still good after the     flop, but McCoy picks up a flush draw with the   turn. McCoy completes his flush on the   river to scoop the pot and eliminate Bui early in Day 2.

Day 2 of the $1,675 World Series of Poker Circuit Main Event at the Horseshoe Casino in Baltimore will begin at noon ET. Of the 447 entries thus far, 140 players will return for Day 2 with Chase Bianchi (above) leading the way.

Bianchi will begin the day with 223,500 after surging to the top of the leaderboard late in Day 1B. Ting Xiao, who the topped the Day 1A field, will start in second place with 184,000. Players do have up until the beginning of Level 13 to register, so the prize pool and total of 447 entries is not yet finalized in the event featuring a $500,000 guarantee.

Among those returning for Day 2 are WSOP Circuit Ring winners Dan Gilmer (142,300), Marshall White (103,200), William Kopp (74,200), DJ MacKinnon (49,100), Sara Hall (46,100), and WSOP Bracelet Winner Chris Tryba (77,500)

Players are set for 13 levels of play today, including three 40-minute levels and ten one hour levels. There will be a dinner break after Level 20, meaning play should end around 2:30 a.m.
