Table 427 Prop Betting Like Mad
Table 427 might just be the most entertaining and fun table in the Main Event. Jacquelyn Scott, the winner of this year's Ladies Event is right in the middle of all the action. She says that she is getting bored and starts asking all of the players what they do for a living, except poker. She awakened something in them that re-energized and put them in prop-bet mode.
Chance Walker (seat 8) says that he thinks Henrik Tollefsen (seat 4) is a European student. Everyone lost interest and starts trying to guess his age. Jacquelyn Scott says 27. Scott Seiver and Alex Foxan (seat 9) agree. Walker says 28. The bet is $100. Seiver asks Tollefsen and he says he is very nearly 28. They pushed that bet.
Seiver then wanted action on how many languages Tollefsen speaks and puts $100 on four. Troy Laudenslager (seat 3) takes the under for $20 and so does Walker. Tollefsen starts naming off the launguages - English, Swedish, Danish, and Norwegian. Then he starts to explain that Swedish probably doesn't count and when he's asked who won, he looks at Seiver and says "I feel like you are the loser." The table erupts in laughter and moves on to the next bet - Over/Under on three people at the table have been married more than once. Seiver asks if it counts if it was annulled?
