Bertrand Grospellier Chips Up After Late, Late Reg
Bertrand 'ElkY' Grospellier was one of the last players to enter this $10,000 No-Limit Hold'em Six Max Championship and it looks like he picked the right time, as he's already been able to increase his 30,000 chip starting stack through the first quarter of Level 9.
A player opens in early position for 1,600 and another player calls in the small blind. Grospellier then puts in a three-bet from the big blind to 5,000.
The initial raiser folds and the small blind calls to see the 7c] flop.
He checks, only to see Grospellier continue for 4,600. He calls to see the fall on the turn.
The small blind checks for a second time, with Grospellier taking a few moments before putting his entire stack together and placing it over the line.
Before the dealer can even get the "all-in" button out, his opponent folds and awards Grospellier the pot.
Grospellier is now playing just under 40,000.
