51 Players Return With First Bracelet Up For Grabs
There will be four WSOP bracelet events running simultaneously through the middle portion of the day but only one of those tournament will play to a victor today. Event #1 $565 Casino Employees No-Limit Hold'em is set to play to completion and award the first gold bracelet of the summer.
51 players will return to the Amazon Room and take their seats in the Gold Area, with play restarting at 1 PM. A complete list of Day 1 chip counts and seating assignments for Day 2 can be found on the above 'Results' tab.
Of those just over 50 returning players, Stephen Gilbert leads the way into Day 2, with Blake Robbins, pictured above, sitting in second on the Event #1 leaderboard.
Will they be able to continue to chip up like they have over the last few levels en route to the final table? Or will someone from further back in the fold make a run at the bracelet?
