Main Event Begins at 11 a.m.
The Main Event of the second stop of the 2014/2015 World Series of Poker Circuit beings today. There are two starting flights. Flight A begins at 11 a.m. Flight B starts at 5 p.m. Both flights are scheduled to play twelve 40 minute levels. Late registration is open until the beginning of Level 13, so players can also register before the start of Day 2 play on Sunday.
Players who are eliminated may re-enter a later flight or Day 2, but no same-flight re-entry is permitted, and no one will be allowed to fire more than two bullets total.
The winner of the Main Event, along with taking home the lion’s share of the prize pool, will win a free entry into the 2015 WSOP National Championship. Dates and venue for the national championship will be announced at a later date.
Last year, Jason Strasser won this event, besting a field of 591 players and earning $186,600.
