Haynes Bags Overall Chip Lead in Day 1C of Event #3
Day 1C and Overall Chip Leader Victor Haynes
Saturday morning saw the largest of the three opening flights in Event #3: $400 Multi-Flight No-Limit Hold ‘em with 369 entries, coming just short of the 399 combined entries from Days 1A and 1B.
Bagging the largest of the 22 advancing chip stacks was Victor Haynes with 740,000. That’s good for the overall chip lead, just ahead of Dan Lowery’s Day 1B stack of 722,000.
The top five counts break down as follows:
Victor Haynes – 740,000
Rick Gebhart – 560,000
Roy Pruitt – 503,000
Jerwin Sigoa – 500,000
Doug Paxton – 489,000

In all, the final 56 players earned at least a min-cash of $603, with those final 22 having clinched $944 before moving onto Day 2 on Sunday to play for the big money. Complete prizepool and payout details will be available once Day 1D, which is ongoing Saturday night, is completed.
Day 2 resumes at 2 p.m. CT back in the Hard Rock Tulsa Convention Center and will play until a champion is crowned.
