David Yue wins first ring and $135,366
David Yue entered the final table with nearly half the chips in play and kept his momentum going through the majority of the final table. He didn't lose the the chip lead until he was heads-up with Matthew Osorio. They're battle saw the chip lead swing back and forth a couple of times before Yue was able to close it out.
"I feel amazing to finally get first," Yue said. "It's just so cool that I finally won one of these (picks up ring. This is just awesome."
"I kept losing two and three-outers and it was a tough battle (with Osorio)," Yue added. "Somehow I managed to claw my way back up. I won a few flips, I got in bad and won - but hey, that's poker. I also got it in good and lost tool"
"I didn't get any sleep at all last night from the anxiety," he said. "I came here today super tired, got some food and was ready to play. I was still chip leader so I wanted to press the action and hope to run good."
