Race for the Main Event Final Table Sunday at Thunder Valley

Start of Day 2 chip leader Travis Egbert

A record-breaking WSOP Circuit Main Event gets to the business end of things Sunday as 113 survivors from the event’s two opening flights play down to likely the final table and a big step closer to the $207,020 first prize.

When play resumes at 11 a.m. PT, it will be a very familiar face atop the chip counts in local rising star, Travis Egbert. Egbert has already won two Circuit rings at Thunder Valley this series including the High Roller, and he now brings a massive chip lead into Day 2 with 1,388,000 chips.

The full list of remaining contenders and Day 2 seat draw is available under the ‘Reports’ tab above.

Everyone left has locked up a min-cash of $2,540 when play resumes with 7:01 remaining in Level 16 with blinds of 4,000 / 8,000 with an 8,000 big blind ante. Once level 17 begins, level time extends to 60-minutes in length.

The schedule Sunday calls for play to continue to Level 27 with a 60-minute dinner break after Level 21.
