Bermudez Nears a Million After Day 1C
Day 1C reached its end close to the end of Level 19, as the field was cut down to 5% of the 211 entries with 14:14 left on the clock in the night when 11 remained.
Carlos Bermudez made the headlines as he surged to a chip count of 938,000 which is by far the largest stack among the first three starting flights. The 11 surviving players will join the 8 from Day 1A and the 17 from day 1B to make for 36 players advancing to Day 2 so far. They will be joined by those who make it through Day 1D which gets underway tomorrow at 11 a.m. and will be the largest flight of the four.
