Richard Bai Tops Day 1A, Field Hits Hard Stop
The first flight of the $1,700 Main Event at the Horseshoe Hammond drew 154 entrants to The Venue. The days action progressed quickly, to the point where the field hit the hard stop of 25 players with less than two minutes left in Level 15. Richard Bai tops the chip counts with 398,000.
Bin Liu was right on his heels with 390,000 and nine of the top ten players had counts north of 300,000. Jorden Helstern sits fourth in chips, Daniel Mower finished with 272,000 and Tom Koral had 198,000.
Day 1B & 1C begin an hour earlier at 11:00am and Sunday's Day 2 combines all three flights at 11:00am.
