Chung Lung Wong Leads Coming Into Day 2
Two flights are in the books in Event 9 and both flights accumulated a total of 696 entries.
The remaining field is down to 78 players, all coming back for Day 2 Thursday at Noon to play down to a winner.
Leading the way is Chung Lung Wong with 1,790,000 after bagging the lead to end Day 1B. They are followed by Day 1A leader Alejandro Castellano with 1,364,000.
After witnessing Ari Engel's 14th WSOP Circuit Ring win in Event 10, and joining his winner's photo, Dan "Duma" Lowery will enter Day 2 with the third most chips (1,275,000) as he aims to catch back up to Engel.
There are a number of other previous Circuit Ring Winners remaining including John Holley (9), Ian Steinman (6), Victor Paredes (2), and Cheryl Svenson (1).
