Bret Longinotti Wins 2nd Circuit Ring at Choctaw
He's done it again!
Bret Longinotti has made three final tables this series at the World Series of Poker Circuit at Choctaw. The results? Two rings, and one runner-up finish.
Longinotti has defeated Dax Alexander heads up for the win, earning $11,325 and a second gold WSOP ring in Event #14: $300 No-Limit Hold'em.
"I got second on my birthday. Actually, I got eliminated at 12:01 the day after my birthday. Apparently my luck...it was only birthday luck," laughed Longinotti. He also mentioned he doesn't do any studying at all, so when Poker.org asked him what he attributes his success to he said, "blind luck."
After this, Longinotti is headed to Cherokee for the next stop and plans to roll his success into a Main Event entry in North Carolina. "We'll see where it goes from there!"
