Prizepool: $31,680

Conrad Simpson earned his first World Series of Poker Circuit ring Sunday at Harrah's Las Vegas in the $400 No-Limit Hold'em/Pot-Limit Omaha event. Simpson collected the top payout of $8,978 - the largest of his WSOP career.

"It's even better because Corey won a ring yesterday," said Simpson.

Simpson is referring to Corey Paggeot who took down Event #12: $400 No-Limit Hold'em Turbo less than 24 hours ago to win his first career WSOP Circuit ring. Simpson and Paggeot are roommates and both work for Solve for Why Academy. Simpson does video editing for Solve for Why.

This marked Simpson's third career WSOP cash and second of the series. Both of Simpson's previous cashes both came in no-limit hold'em.

"I love PLO. I play hold'em for the most part, but I like PLO. It's fun." said Simpson.

Simpson's victory celebration is getting cut short. He said it's straight to work for him to work on the Solve for Why vlogcast.
