Day 1 Ends With 23 Players Remaining
Day 1 has come to a close in Event #9: $400 H.O.R.S.E. with 23 remaining players. Circuit ring winner Adam Owen will lead 23 players into Day 2, which is set to begin Thursday at 2 p.m.. The top 16 players will cash and everyone reaching the money is guaranteed a minimum payout of $704. Tomorrow's winner will earn $14,413 and a WSOP Circuit ring.
Here is a look at the top five chip counts heading into Day 2:
1st: Adam Owen - 215,500
2nd: Susie Genard - 187,500
3rd: Jason Lipiner - 174,500
4th: Rick Fuller - 168,500
5th: Stan Krimerman - 165,000
