Jeff Turton Has Massive Chip Lead With 8 Remaining in Six-Max

The $365 no-limit hold'em six-max event went from 336 entries down to its final eight players by the end of the night. Jeff Turton holds an absolutely massive chip lead over the rest of the field after bagging up 1,328,000. He has more than double Daniel Holmes, his closest competitor, who finished in second with 522,000.
It won't be an easy road for Turton with plenty of poker talent still surrounding him. David Nicholson bagged up 306,000 and is looking for his fifth career Circuit ring, while Blake Whittington is looking for his third with bagging 234,000. Circuit regular Jesse Capps finished the night with 220,000 and east coast pro Mike Azzaro if right behind Capps with 197,000.
The final eight players will get cards back in the air at 1 p.m. on Wednesday to play down to a winner. They are guaranteed a cash of at least $2,821, but the last man standing leaves with $25,206. Complete chip counts can be found in the 'Prizepool' tab above.
