Main Event Day 3 Begins At Noon
The Main Event at Harveys Lake Tahoe is down to its final eight competitors.
Max Young steadily climbed over the course of Day 2, and pushed into the lead at the final table when he knocked out Victor Paredes in 9th place ($13,706). James Carroll also had a successful Day 2, finishing 2nd in chips.
The stage is set for a fascinating finale. Play resumes at 12:00 pm today at Level 26, featuring blinds of 15,000/30,000 with a 5,000 ante.

All of these players are guaranteed at least $17,223, but all have their sights set on the $147,699 top prize and coveted gold ring.
